us since 1996 providing laundry and vending services. Bell's Laundries
has furnished us at J. Allen Management with quality service and maintenance
for the Maytag commercial laundry equipment they provide for our complexes.
We contract with Bell's Laundries for
laundry service, whenever a laundry lease expires at any of the properties
we manage.
